Terms and Conditions
Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances....
The pet is fit and healthy, grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Regal Paws Mobile Grooming cannot be held liable. We maintain high standards for cleanliness and sanitation in our van to prevent cross contamination between households. We expect our clients to keep their pets on flea and tick prevention and stay current on vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian and as required by law. In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Regal Paws Mobile Grooming to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.
Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, check or credit card. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge.If your dog is extremely aggressive or uncooperative, we may need to stop the grooming for their safety and the groomer's safety.“ De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Regal Paws Mobile Grooming cannot be held liable.
1. Pricing
Pricing as listed is our base price. If your pet is extremely dirty or matted there may be extra fees. Pricing is Subject to pets’ coat (type, length, condition), the pets’ temperament (aggressive, nervous, etc), the pets’ weight, and services requested by the client. The groomer will confirm pricing and the requested services upon arrival. If you have any questions on pricing while booking online, please call us for clarification.
2. Cancellations
On rare occasions, our groomer may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact the client in advance. We follow strict safety protocols as it pertains to inclement weather and road conditions. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call us to confirm.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may fill your spot. Failure to notify us will result in a charge (See 3. No-Shows), which must be paid prior to your next appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours’ notice to waive the FULL appointment fee. In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 48 hour period. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.
3. No-Shows
It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible, to avoid such situations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client, or end service in progress, for any reason.
You agree that photographs or videos of your pet(s) may be used by Regal Paws Mobile Grooming on their social media and/or marketing campaigns, including but not limited to before and after galleries, how-to grooming posts, or other related activities.
